Agency Workground
Manage your brand and delivery. Each client controls their own Rose setup and approves agency access from their Workground.
White label
Your agency name and Rose accent appear in approved client delivery. The delivery domain is assigned by your hosting team.
Client onboarding
Each client gets their own Workground account. Accepting your invitation explicitly approves agency delivery. They can remove that approval in their settings.
Delivery approval lets you view status and installation code. A client can separately approve editing of their assistant setup and knowledge. Conversations and connected accounts remain private.
Invite a client
Send a 48-hour invitation for a separate client-owned Workground. If email delivery is unavailable, copy the private link and share it directly with the intended client.
Client accounts
Only clients who approved your agency appear here. Removing one ends your delivery access; it does not delete the client’s account.
